I have a 98 Chevy Suburban that I think the starter went out on. Thought it was battery tried getting a jump start but it will not turn over. Does make clicking noise but then sounds like buzzing.

I have a 2001 suburban. My a/c was working fine and then it gave out. It started blowing hot air. We tried switching the ECM B 20a fuse but when i turn on the a/c it keeps blowing it. Idk what to do 2 Answers
