Yeah baby, why not?! I put an Allison V-12 in mine! And drag race the grim reaper for Halloween!

426 Hemi? A Chevy big block should bolt in and you can get about the same HP a lot cheaper than building a Chrysler Hemi. It will probably cost you 30 grand or more to shoehorn a real hemi in your Suburban. Try a 502/502 hp Chevy crate motor!
