If no blown fuses, the harness behind the radio is disconnected or a wire is damaged or the radio itself is faulty.

The factor amp went out. That will make the sound not come thru the speakers

I had the same problem on my 2013 Azera. I checked a few forums and found a remedy that solved my problem. Reset the radio. There is a small pin hole on the front of the radio; mine was above the CD player. Insert a paper clip for 10 seconds. Although this will wipe out saved/programmed radio stations, it resets the radio settings to the factory default and it worked fine ever since.

We had the same issue with a 2013 Azera. The pin hole is directly above the cd ejector button. It almost looks like a small light but its not. We reset it for 10 seconds with the car running and it fixed the problem. Thanks Gura

Simply reset the amp by pulling the amp fuse and reinserting it. The amp fuse in a 2013 Azera is the 25 amp fuse in the lower left corner of the fuse panel next to the drivers left knee. This preserves your resets. I have to keep a needle nose plier in the door because of the crappy electronics in Hyundais.
