Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just purchased a 2001 C70. Top does not open or close and it seems there's no power to the switch. Was told top does not work but no explination of what is wrong. Can you give me someplace to start. Thank you

Thank you, I don't have the manuel. Where would I locate the relays.
