how to time the intake cam

I removed the cvvt pulley without locking the cam in the rear to replace with
new cvvt pulley because of oil leak, the exhaust cam never moved, and the
crank was set to mark before removing pulley, but now i dont know how to get
the came back in time, I have now locked the two cams togeather, but where do
I set the cvvt timing mark? please help this dummy
