Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car has approx 78k miles - has been taken to Volvo dealership as well as a couple of different "electrical" repair/maintenance facilities.  No one can figure out what is causing this.  After the car is driven for a while (i.e. 20 minutes or longer), everything starts working again - all the gauges and the dash indicator lights all go out.
