S60 T5 Top speed.
Ok. I have a 2001 Volvo S60 T5. I was wondering what the true top speed of the car is. In the united states, as far as I know, its limited to 135, is it true that it does 155 without the limiter????

cool man. I just installed a Cold Air intake on my T5. All I can say is wow. The sound of the turbo spooling up is just incredible as well as the CBV swoosh. It sounds like a BOV. There is a pic of it. I know its not all that clean of an install, but It only cost me $20 and its equal to the BSR intake.
I just got a 01 S60 T5 about 3 weeks ago and ive been looking 4 a cold air intake and i cant find 1 anywhere. Where can i find them?
This was my wife's car; I had the XC 70. My wife had a garmin navigation system installed and I didnt realize that it recorded the speed....I was in the dog house because Garmin said I had it up to 160 MPH. Not sure of the accuracy of Garmin but I know the car had moreto give, I'm thinking it might have gone higher, I backed off at 160
Guys I am a former traffic cop in the Uk and have achieved 161mph in a 2002 S60. It was pulling still and we were off the clock and on the speed detection equipment to record speed. These cars are awesome, like the s70 was and 850. The S60 is underrated.
