Radiator hose(s) keep popping off repeatedly everytime i
tighten one up the other pops off is this a water pump
problem thermastat or what im kind of lost right now by
the way clamps have been replaced and its a brand new
radiator as well

Sounds like you need hoses that are slightly longer or you are not completely seating them on the inlet and outlet ports of the radiator.
check that hoses are not to swollen on the ends. Also test radiator cap. If it's not the proper psi or bad it may not be releasing the pressure properly.

I have a volvo s60 2005 and the ignition barrel will not turn with the key in the hole. The car is rarely driven it only 16k miles on the clock so not high can anybody help !!!
