1999 VOLVO S70 , how to test solenoid circuits ,

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have replaced TPS, Mode switch, T C U , removed trans pan, cleaned
solenoids, tested function [ shut off with no power, flow freely with power
applied ] Code reader said A solenoid stuck shut . NOT finding stuck solenoid !

That's strange. Do you have access to a VIDA/DiCE setup? You should be able to test the solenoids on there.
