Reset safety restraint system light V70 99

Replace seat with one from a junkyard and need to
reset the safety restraint light

You should have disconnected the battery prior to removing the seat. You will need to reset it with VIDA. Your best bet will be to find a local Volvo repair shop or go to the dealer, and they can reset it for you. Just make sure you specify that it needs to be reset, not diagnosed (assuming the light wasn't on before removing the seat).

Yes thank you I take it to the dealer and told him what I did and they said of the 85 bucks for a half hour to reset itself otherwise I got to diagnose about I'll make sure they don't do that alright thank you
