My hood release on my 2004xc90 only release on the drivers side

The only way to open it is to have someone pull the release from the inside while I
bounce on the hood and it finally opens

Get the hood open and spray the latches with PB Blaster and work the latch pivots back and forth for a while. Theyre just a little seized up.
