My 2006 Mitsubishi galant

Asked by Jenbaby94 Jun 03, 2017 at 05:08 AM about the 2006 Mitsubishi Galant SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My fiance and I recently purchased a 2006
Mitsubishi Galant and when we first started
driving it, a warning light was blinking on the
right bottom corner of the dash board and
we weren't sure what it is and why it was
going off. Eventually, it did turn off. Then a
little later it came back on not blinking this
time just on steady. Then it went back off
within minutes and then the service engine
soon light came on. Has been on since. We
have noticed that same light in the lower
right corner has came back on and went
back off but the service engine soon light is
steadily on.

We have now learned that warning light (!)
Means low tire pressure... Could this be
causing the service engine soon light to
come on and stay on??
