I have a 93 mitsubishi mighty max that has very little power

Truck starts very easily but has great difficulty pulling a slight incline.

Check to see if the catalytic converter is plugged- put your hand behind the exhaust pipe with the engine running- there should be a good flow when someone gives it the gas- hold your breath-

I had a similar issue with my 94 Mighty Max and I had a fellow adjust the timing and it's perfect now
