Blazer starter will crank but hard start

Anytime my blazer hasn't ran for a bit (5+ hours) it
gives me a hell of a time starting.  It also seems to
be effected by the cold and colder temps make it
worse.  The longer I leave it in the acc position
before starting the better it seems.  Also, my turn
signals recently began to cut out and I have a hard
time believing it's unrelated.  I've already replaced
the battery and it runs great when I'm driving it.  
This all began after one day I had to crank on it
longer than usual after it had been sitting in a
blizzard.  Any help would be great, I don't have the
money for a mechanic to replace half the car. Haha

I believe it is a fuel issue. I would suggest to check the fuel pressure, it should be 56 to 63 lbs. I suspect leaky injectors, spider lines, and regulator, especially if it is the 4.3L Vortec motor. I would do a bleed down test by having the gauge hooked up on the Schrader valve, cycle the key on, off, until pressure builds up, turn the key off, then watch the fuel pressure gauge. It should not drop more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes. If it does, indications are the injectors, spider lines and regulator that would need to be replaced as a hole unit.

Is it turning over slow or turning over alot before it actually runs?

it will start to turn over a few times, on a good day it'll start on the second time but on worse (colder) days it has taken 6-7 times
