I have a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica limited awd and when I drive between 30 to 40 mph it starts to vibrate. I don't know if its the drive shaft rear or the u-joints. I am confused and don't know what to do. It drives prefectly and want to know if I can still drive it.

Could be a engine mount or control arm or even simpler rotate your tires get them balanced.

It makers that needs 3 tires, but I took it to a garage and they told me that I need the drive shaft rear but, it's not making any noise just, vibrates when going 30 to 40 mph. They also told me that it can be the u joints, I'm confussed.

I have the same problem carrier bearing and anchor support (center)

A broken engine mount can cause a misalignment of the fwd axels and cause them to ware in an abnormal way requiring replacement of mount and both axels.
