Rear suspension air bags

Asked by Kristen Feb 25, 2019 at 05:01 PM about the 2004 Buick Park Avenue FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Buick rides like it has no suspension and I've
notice up until the last 2 weeks that you can hear
the rear air bags now I don't hear it. I was told to
check the fuses. Would that be located in fuse
under rear seat or why would they stop working.

If you were hearing a compressor ruin for half a minute on start up and you have a "buck board " ride then the self leveling air ride shocks may be seized , There is a coil over shock you can use instead of OEM it'll have to be ordered , there's a fuse under the back seat you can pull for the air ride and maybe they will relax
