Car cuts out like I have no pedal at 109 mph?

Why does my car cut
out and a 108  I have
a brand new
supercharger on it?

The top speed of the vehicle is programmed into the PCM. Once you reach the top speed the PCM will not allow the vehicle to go any faster. It is possible to have the PCM reprogrammed to raise the top speed or remove it altogether. A performance shop should be able to do that for you. Hope that helps! Jim
