cold winter

So my car is frozen. I used an off brand of heat in
a yellow bottle was told I should have used the red
bottle. Besides not thawing out my gas line will
this cause any additional problems to my vehicle.
Or if I get my car in my shop and let it warm up
and get it running, will the car be OK running the
gas through it?

Hello, no it will not. You want the Isopropyl stuff, anything with isopropyl. After about 1 to 3 hours of letting it sit the stuff will thaw a frozen gas line plus displace any moister that may be in the gas.
nothing you will be OK, the red can be used for 2 cycle and four cycle gas engines and diesel and yellow is used for gas 4 cycle engines, just remember the next time use the yellow...
No, the red heat stuff has the Isopropyl. The yellow stuff is the methanol. You want anything with Isopropyl in the winter time. It will thaw out frozen gas lines.
