If you have already pressure tested the system and that's o.k. there may be a air pocket in the system and needs to be bled off. On some vehicles there is a port on the thermostat neck to bleed the air. If not sometimes you can support the front end and run the car for a bit until the bubbles escape through the radiator. The preferred way to remove the air is with a vacuum bleed tool such as a cooling system evacuation tool. Good Luck!
