Vents kept blowing on high when car turned off.
Had to take fuse out to stop it because it drained
the battery. Replaced blower motor resistor but that
didn't work any suggestions? I don't have the
money to take ro the dealership

The blower motor resistor should have fixed it. Mine did the same thing. It took 5 different resistors before one would work right. I would bring it back and tell them it is defective. Now in looking up other parts that may cause this, I don't see any, but I noticed that there were at least 2 different resistor call-outs for this. Just have them look it up to make sure you are getting the right one. One other thing is to make sure the connectors are good on the resistor and the blower motor, as they get hot and melt. They do make replacements.
