My car won't go!!!

I tried doing a burnout the other day my
camaro SS it wouldn't spin tires today it
won't even go unless I rev my rpm to 4-
5000 then it will go slowly. But won't go
over 25 mph. U can also sit there with car in
gear n foot off clutch. It won't kill it. I have
t56 manual tranny. Is it the clutch?
