I put new ball joint and a hub bearing on a 2001 buick regal and I still have vibration from steering wheel as well as front passenger wheel, why?

Sometimes it's as simple as a tire out of balance or one that has a broken belt. Swap them front to back and see if problem persists.

if the previous answer did not help. I would check the cv joints on the axel shaft. when they start to go bad they make a clicking sound in a tight turn.
