my grand prix ran at about 2100-2200 rpm at 120 km/hr (about same speed i think) basically the same car so it should be same.

Do you have the Superchrager on top? My 02 runs between 1900-2200 determines if your on the gas or cruise.

yes, it is high. seems like your OD is not engaging. 1900-2050 rpms should be the normal operation. do you feel any gear slippage when accelerating through the shift points???

also, is your ATF (automatic transmission fluid) slightly below the operating level? when is the last fluid/filter change? this might cause it.

sometimes., i changed the filter and fluid and it hasent done it .it feels like its shifing right .had a shop look at it he said there was no trans codes and i also changed the tps too.
