can manufacturer provide a pink or fusia colored two door mustang for a female college student, with sun-roof and pink interior or should we buy white and allow a paint body shop to paint?

You are most likely going to be purchasing a white one. The days of ordering truly customized automobiles are over. In the 1960s and 1970s it was common for a manufacturer to offer custom paint colors as an option when ordering the car. Now most are limted to stock colors and stock interiors in gray, black, etc.
You can always have the car repainted at a body shop to the color specifications you want.
def gonna be a custom build... and ur gonna have to pop extra for the sunroof... they dont make stangs with sunroofs (currently...)
