New tires worn out from wear on inside

did you have it aligned when you put the tires on it? you should always do that.
No, but I dont think that is the issue. I have never had tires wear out so fast. I was wondering if the tires were defective?
Chances are you have something wrong with the alignment on the car. It is seldom that tires wear that way from being defective. Looks like you need 2 more new tires, and do have the alignment checked. The shop will verify the condition of bearings, ball joints, tie rod ends and steering rack before doing the alignment so anything that is worn will show up first.
It is the frame has rusted through in part and the tires were actually rubbing on part of the frame. Having a different frame put on and hopefully that will fix it. After that we will put on new tires and an alignment. All should be good. Thanks for all the help!
Frame repair on a Cavalier sounds like rather a waste of money! These cars are not worth enough to justify an expensive fix. Also, if the frame is rusted to that extent, how is the rest of the body? Honestly, give this one a second thought.
