No air filter

I would try to coax it out with a wire or maybe a shop vac. If you can see it, then it must be outside the throttle body where you can still reach it. But, I really don't think it could do much damage if it got sucked through the engine. It would burn completely up to soft ashes and blow right out. Get an air cleaner back on it soon. Somebody left it off. Don't let anyone scare you into buying a new engine. It will be fine.

I might add that some engines have a mesh screen between the air cleaner and the throttle body to catch pieces of like a crumbled air cleaner element. If this dryer sheet catches there, you can disconnect some of the intake boot to reach it.
