Car wont start when warm

make sure batt terminals are tight , and the starter too , a crappy rebuilt will get warm/hot and will turn over slow or not at all . There may be a relay but they don't generally get hot , neither does the batt but a bad/loose connection will create resistance , which creates heat , which creates resistance which creates heat

Thats all been checked and all connection's and battery are good.
