Air Conditioning, Radio, and Door Locks no longer work! Saturn Aura XE Sedan 2007

Asked by GuruTZGVG Jun 13, 2018 at 03:43 PM about the 2007 Saturn Aura XE

Question type: General

I would like to know if a certain fuse controls the Air Conditioner, radio, and door locks. I had a diagnostic test done and they told me that it was not my battery, but something electrical. They pulled the fuse to my door locks, and my radio. Apparently  both fuses were draining my battery, which caused me to getting jump starts every morning. Now my air conditioner does not blow cold air and the buttons no longer light up when pressed. The fan comes on, but blows hot air. Is this just a fuse that needs to be replaced, or should I sink the damn car? LOL!!

I'd like to know the answer to this. My 2009 Aura is starting to do the same thing. The locks work intermittently. The a/c runs realllly really rough & the turnover to start my car works only after turning it over twice. They say my battery is fine & my starter is fine.

I too have had this problem and spent a lot of money trying to fix it. There is a fuse relay behind the control panel that is I had replaced. A.c. came back, the door lock stop going off ..all problems solved. Than it rain and everything started again. I have been told there is a loose ground wire somewhere...like a gremlins basically. I have found water to be the main trigger. Anyone figure out how to fix this for good yet? Oh mine didn't start till after the airbag recall was fixed.
