I have a A4 and I put a Magnaflow Exhaust on it(Catback) if I got the resonators dropped
how much would the sound change?

to put it simply if you remove the cats you risk horse power and the car may not run correctly the cats are what helps provide the proper back pressure for the engine to run at the right speeds and such. hence why when you have a pipe leak at the flex pipes you lose acceleration.
