Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car is shaking bad and making a rattle noise.
When i drive it (pressing on the gas ) it feels like its
kicking back or what to stop. I tool it to Audi dealer
and they said my transmission just needed to
cleaned out and repaced a hose at 89000 miles-
what do you think

What ever you do,,,Do not let them talk you into a transmission flush! This will only cause more problems with the transmission. Only a fluid & filter change is necessary, along with anything that may need repair. Just from your description it sounds like there is a problem with the way the engine is running. Also have the catalytic converter checked, it may be starting to get plugged.
