I have a white "dust" coming from the vents when the a/c is running. Anyone know what this could be from and I how fix it?

Read all about this noxious stuff at ford-white-dust.com. Stop breathing it. It's bad for you.

We have not had any of this in our 08 including dust or symptoms. I wonder how truly widespread the problem actually is. The website mentioned is pretty harsh considering there is a TSB, the procedure is relatively simple and with the slow down in the repair business there shouldn't be a problem getting it handled. I also wonder with the tone of the website how this guy approached the service people at the dealership? Also sounds like their reactions were more severe than most or the media would have been all over it!
