Why did finance manager try to scam me and said no disclosure laws exist in NJ
Here is the NJ statue:
5. It shall be an unlawful practice and a violation of P.L.1960,
2 c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.) for a motor vehicle dealer to accept or
3 receive compensation for arranging, or to retain a portion of any
4 fees or charges related to, an automotive financing transaction,
5 without including the following disclosure on the sales document or
6 on an addendum thereto, provided such addendum is prepared and
7 presented to the consumer contemporaneously with the sales
8 document:
