I have a caliper bracket bolt andx the corners are ripped of the head how can I get it out without cutting it off

If you have an impact wrench and can fit it in, pound some smaller socket on what's left of the head and let 'er rip....

That's why I like the hammering effect of an impact. I used one a few months ago to get out the drain plug on a differential case. The plug was in so tight I was going to strip out the drive hole, so I used an impact on low. It came free in a second.
