Used car with engine part removed

I bought it on July 4, 2020, in Phoenix. Az & I
wasn’t told until after I drove it home that the
family member who I bought a 2007 VW EOS on
7/4/2020 and wasn’t told until after I drove  the
car home that the family member who detailed it
didn’t “put the turbo sensor back in”.  —anyone
have an idea why?  And how can I get it replaced
&/or repaired, because the seller is just saying it
was bought AS-IS

Can they at least mail you the sensor?? It's not a cheap part, $65 to 75 just for the part. Sellers sounds like a jerk. Any shop can install a new one, total job will cost you 150 to 200 for parts and service. I would call them and make them send you that part. Dick move on their part if they don't send it.
