Doesnt rev more than 4000 rpm

Morning , please help me if you can. I drive a accent 2007 model gls 1.6 manual
When my car gets to 4000 rpm's it doesnt go more than that rev's
When i pull off and switch the car off and on again it will dissappear
My car has a full service history with hyundai
I took the car to hyundai and they have put the car on the machines and nothing wrong
Tomorrow my car must go back again and they dont believe me it happens daily

input and output sensors, if not them try mapping, all three blew out on my car and had that problem and was no codes it was because was not changing gears right.

Thank you William ! Hyundai told me yesterday it is the cranck shaft sensor and my valves lifters its costing me R6000 to fix or 600 us dollors lol but now i dont have to buy a new car !

My son’s Accent was doing the same thing also some times it would crank and just would not start. I changed the crank sensor and it runs like a dream . Takes about 10 mins to change. Not sure the sensor (proxy) is bad actually just looks like the tip is covered in corrosion. I think I will clean the old and put it to see if that’s all it was Happyman
