2007 Avalon fan problem

I have an 07 Avalon, when I bought I a couple
of months back the blower motor was
making a low knocking sound. I ignored it
and it eventually stopped working. I replaced
the fan motor with a brand new one and now
I don’t have any fan operation reguardless of
fan speed. I have checked all my fuses, they
are all good..any ideas?

I have a checked all fuses, and no lights on the dash. GPS screens is good and I know the heat and ac work, it’s just that dang fan. I have called multiple dealers and they all say there is no resistor in this Avalon. I am stumped.
