All 3 lights on

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 Toyota Highlander. My engine, vcs and
Trac lights are all illuminated. The codes that came
back are C1223, C1241 and P0420. Do you think my
catalytic converter is really going bad or could it be a
misread or being caused by something else less
major? I'm hoping. I just had $900 worth of work done
and I can't afford another expensive fix right now.

Tom, it was for replacing serpentine belt, and tensioner pulley and pan oil gaskets and oil gasket on the engine. They say now my water pump needs replacing soon. Thank you for answering so quickly.
