Why does the needle on my cluster drop below 0
How can i calibrate it to set it back on 0

if your at the speedo needle it may jump over the stop pin and hold at below zero, if so drill a small hole in plastic ,fish a thin wire in and hook needle tip and pull back to jump to proper place (be easy) like clockwork habibi

If the needle functions normally otherwise, I would just leave it alone. Certainly I would under NO circumstances drill any holes in it.
