http://www.obd-codes.com/p0158 P0158 is correct for that, but not necessarily the o2 sensor it's self. Wiring, it's a heated sensor, or exhaust leak also possible. Click this

Dear cargurus. Before starting the work, again i am requesting you to reconfirm As per your sketch, I understood that bank 2 sensor 2 is located before catalytic converter and it is located at right side (driver side) please let me know which oxygen sensor I should buy DENSO (by forum I can see Toyota is using denso,if you have part number please mention ), BOSCH or NGK Location of electrical connection for B2 S2 sensor (if any sketch pl attach) Thank you

Denso. Definitely. Bosch are quality, but engineered for German cars. That is not to say Bosch can not be used, on Toyota or anything else, but Denso are high quality and Toyota-specific. I could not find wiring diagram, this is not even a Sienna but gives you an idea of what is going on.

Dear carguru As per your diagram I have removed bank 2 sensor 2 ,(Toyota number on the sensor is 89465 08090) and taken to the Toyota dealer I told them from where I have removed that oxygen sensor ,he has shown me the diagram what he is having in his computer (it looks the same diagram in villagetoyotaparts.com web site) and told me that the sensor I have taken belongs to bank 1 sensor 2 (opposite what mentioned in your diagram) .He explain me that bank 2 sensor 2 is located after the catalytic converter (red arrow mark in the diagram). I have checked my sienna, there are total 4 oxygen sensors, 1 sensor before and 1 sensor after the catalytic, converter. and 1 near the engine manifold( radiator side) and 1 downstream in the same line.I did not buy new sensor but fitted back the old sensor and cleared the engine light by removing negative terminal of battery.after running some kilometer now again I am getting engine light but the code reader AUTEL OBD // showing P2197 code. o2 sensor signal biased / stuck lean B 2 sensor 1 (only 1 code ) I have checked FREEZE FRAME it showing O2 B1S2(V) 0.015, SHRTFT B1S2(%) N/A, O2 B2S2(V) 0.015, SHRTFT B2S2(%) 99.2, O2 B1S1(V) 4.997, EQ.RAT B2S1 1.232, O2 B2S1(V) 4.997, I have other readings of freeze frame,if you need any other reading please let me know,I am located in Toronto, I am bit confused regarding o2 sensor location and present code. Can you please help me,Thanks in advance Regards

Hello Car guru, I could not get confirmed answer for bank 2 sensor location from many local Toyota dealers .Ultimately I have changed bank 2 sensor 1 air/fuel ratio sensor on manifold block (radiator side) for P 2197 obd code and oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 2 radiator side downstream (under the engine block) for P 0158 obd code. This is what exactly you have shown in your earlier diagram..Now no engine light even after 50 km running.Thank you one more time Can you please let me know the OBD code for Bank1 sensor 1 and Bank 1 sensor 2 and Denso part number for all the 4 sensors Regards

I am writing these numbers as per my old record, this must have been changed also. bank 2 sensor 1 part number 89467-08030 or new number may be 89467-08070 , Denso number 0760-03J28.
