How do I troubleshoot fuse #62 in a 2006 Sienne LE van? The right side auto door does not work.

Manual says fuse 62 may be the culprit. But there is a clear plastic cover over
fuses 58-68. I want to check the right side door fuse...but am reluctant to
fiddle with it until I know how to access the fuse and put the panel back
together.

Fuse 62 is part of a larger "fuseable link." If one of the links is bad you will need to replace the entire part. Here is an article that goes into detail into every one of the fuses on a '06 Sienna: http://www.shareyourrepair.com/2017/01/toyota-sienna-fuse- locations.html What are the symptoms you are trying to cure? The fuseable link will only blow if you have major problems which pull a lot of current. Unless you did some rigging in your van and connected something incorrectly I'd think you won't have a fuseable link problem.
