Yes, I would buy it, unless the owner has all the service records for the car, things like the water pump, head gaskets, o2 sensors and struts should have all been changed a long time ago. If the owners cant' prove it then its not worth buying !

I have one with over 300K miles on it, but again maintenance records are a must. No solid PROOF of maintenance, no buy. You should also check idle hours in addition to mileage (scroll through trip meter to get to idle hours). If this was a former police car, I'd be extra cautious in buying.

Triton engines can run a long, long time. Have the car checked out before buying and don't pay too much. CometGuy --- My Fords with the Triton engine have gone this many miles without changing anything at all because there have been no issues other than coils. My F150 now needs a idle control valve but that has been all it has needed and it runs like new at 190k.

The weak points if there are any, are electric cooling fans, EATC (electronic air temp. control), coils and the occasional timing chain tensioner. The 2007 has the slightly beefier 4R75W transmission over the earlier 4R70W. If it looks good and the price is right I would consider it. If is is a retired police car I would avoid it.
