1995 buick regal 3800 v6 changed starter now wont even turn over %2C new battery new starter .

you need to tend to the other end of the black 1/0 battery cable at the end that bolts to the chassis/ground...wirebrush it shiny...the lug and the chassis ground....wirebrush or replace the bolt that holds it in place...for a renewed 300 cold cranking amp potential~

Replace the starter. They sold you a bad one.

Thank you went and got another starter putting it tomorrow . Will try that

Put starter in still didn't work took that one out and got another starter it did click over but could not drive then realize that a/c compressor was locked up went and replace that now car running Thanks for everyone help
