why head lights stay on all the time ?

try unplugging the switch, if they go out then chances are good its the switch if they stay on then you probably have a problem with the wiring. im assuming ur talking about when u take the key out and walk away and ur not referring to when the koer (key on engine running) those are called daytime running lights. since its obd 2 there is a good chance its got daytime running lights

you have daytime running ligts on your car my friend. the light will stay in even if you play with the switch

if you pull the e-brake lever up one click it wont engage brakes but the lights won't be on.
