Master window switch

Have  power  coming into switch but nothing works what can it be

There is a recall for the master switch. Call dealer and see if your year is covered. Betting the insides are melting, it's a fire hazard. One thing to note, if you decide to buy your own new switch, it will need to be programmed by the dealer. If you get a used one, you don't have to program that, it's plug and play.

what do you do when, the replace switch from the junk yard doesn't work. I had one for the junkyard and one from eBay.. they do not work,,, so what would be the next step..
