96 blazer doesn't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
When I try to start my blazer it clicks once then
nothing. I have a brand new battery, checked all
connections, have removed the starter and had it
tested on a diagnostic machine 3 times and it
passed all 3 times. The battery is testing at 14
volts. Any ideas?

Try replacing the starter relay.
And make sure the battery cables are in good shape, clean and tight connections. If you see corrosion around the wire and insulation it is possible the cable is no good.

I've had the same problem, moving the shifter out of park then back again fixed the issue. It was like it wasn't seated in gear all the way. Neutral gear switch ( I think that's what its called) is going bad
