I have a 96 chevy blazer that keeps
blowing the number 9 fuse any ideas of
why?

Ecm bat fuse? Does it blow as soon as you plug it in? Usually you replace the fuel pump for that problem. Can't guarantee anything.

No the fuel pump I replaced and as soon as I turn the key it blows
