Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Dear gentlemen and ladies on this group,

I have a Ford Explorer XLT, 2007; it is into a serious trouble.
It was perfect; and then it suddenly stopped on the road after a U-turn. In
fact, the engine was immobilized or went into a forced shutdown state. I
disconnected and then reconnected the battery (the battery is brand new)
and it did not seem the battery related issue at all. After reconnecting the
battery, the engine started again but shutdown within a few seconds.

The symptoms are random like:
- With just switch ON (for about a minute or so of hard reset), everything
seems normal, just a few DTC's can be read. Then suddenly Coolant
Temperature and Vehicle Skid lights turn ON (Battery and Service Engine
lamps may also blink) and communication stops; Anti-theft light does not turn
ON. Turning OFF the switch and then ON does the same thing again but
now Coolant Temperature and Vehicle Skid lights turn ON quite quickly.

Before errors appear, the DTC's are:
P1000                   OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
U1900                  CAN Communication Bus Fault – Receive Error
B1231                   Crash Detected
B2984                   Deployable Steering Column Circuit Open
B2290                   Occupant Classification System Fault, Front Passenger
Side
B1318                   Battery Voltage Low

After error logs, the DTC's are:
P0600                   Serial Communication Link
P1000                   OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
P2105                   Throttle Actuator Control System – Forced Engine
Shutdown
U1900                  CAN Communication Bus Fault – Receive Error
B1231                   Crash Detected
B2984                   Deployable Steering Column Circuit Open
B2290                   Occupant Classification System Fault, Front Passenger
Side
B1318                   Battery Voltage Low
P1633                   Keep Alive Power Voltage Too Low

An attempt with starting the engine results in either of the following
situations:
- Engine does not crank at all, anti-theft lamp blinks, odometer blanks out,
all instrument needles freeze in strange positions, Engine Coolant Temp
and Vehicle Skid icons turn on. Vehicle beeps the same as if I left the
key in the off position with doors open, although the key is in the ON/ACC
position. Furthermore, I can not communicate with the vehicle.
- Engine cranks but does not start; Service Engine light blinks for a while,
and I can read PATS code 1:6.
- Engine starts normally but then shuts down within seconds (random timing)
and again Engine Coolant Temp and Vehicle Skid lights turn ON. The
engine
is frozen and if I attempt to start again, it does not but the odometer blanks
out.

I have tried various things like:
- Checking all the fuses and relays
- Connectors on the PCM
- Apparent damages on the wiring (I can rule it out as it started happening
  while driving)
- Clearing the registered DTC's
- Checking connectors/wiring on the Throttle Position Sensor and Motor
- etc.

Some of the logged DTC's (randomly appear and disappear) are:
B1342                   ECU is Faulted
P0600                   Serial Communication Link
P0604                   Internal Control Module Random Access Memory (RAM)
Error
P0606                   Control Module Processor
P060C                   Internal Control Module Main Processor Performance
P0607                   Control Module Performance
P1000                   OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
P1260                   Theft Detected, Vehicle Immobilized
P2100                   Throttle Actuator A Control Motor Circuit / Open
P2104                   Throttle Actuator Control System – Forced Idle
P2105                   Throttle Actuator Control System – Forced Engine
Shutdown
P2107                   Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor
P2110                   Throttle Actuator Control System – Forced Limited RPM
P2111                   Throttle Actuator Control System – Stuck Open
U0300                  Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility
U1900                  CAN Communication Bus Fault – Receive Error
B1231                   Crash Detected
B2984                   Deployable Steering Column Circuit Open
B2290                   Occupant Classification System Fault, Front Passenger
Side
B1318                   Battery Voltage Low

By the way, I have been getting EGR malfunction codes earlier, but they
didn't
appear this time.

Please help me get to a solution of this problem.
Thanks.

An addition to the condition above: If engine is cold, the vehicle starts normally and keeps warming up. However, as soon as it seems a bit warmed up, the mentioned conditions start happening.
