Can I  sell my car on CarGurus  if it has a balance
due?

You have to pay off your lender. Work it out with them. Most likely you will need to meet at your bank and have the seller pay the balance.

No, you can not sell any property that has a loan against it unless you make arrangements to get it paid off.
