You need to determine if there is spark, and fuel pressure. Number of reasons for it not to start.

I figured out what it was there was a cable cord in my fuse box that burnt out I replaced it with a new one started right up I think the fuse was to my engine some how

Thats good to hear. There are main power supply wires to run the electrical on your engine that are fused. So sure, ended up that you did not have spark. Diagnosing the problem made you look at the fuse box. There is a reason for that wire to have burnt out. Make sure the proper amp. rating fuse is in that circuit. Chaffed wires rubbing against ground could cause this also.
