check out the wiring between the starter switch and the starter solenoid, check also for a good connection on the starter solenoid. a local shop may charge around $75 for this
I have done that...all good. Could it be the neutral safety switch?
Check harness under sterring column for ingtion pig tail tail connect can corriod clean connector have seen this on a lot of duster
all the wires appear good when the key is turned to start you can feel the relays both in the fuse box in the passenger side as well as feel them "click" in the engine compartment. I wired a "button from a hot wire to the starter solenoid, turn key on, push the button {starter starts car] not a fix but running out of solutions except a 200+ dollar bill at Buick Garage to have them diagnos.

My rendezvous is doing the same thing. I have replaced icnoiton swith and nothing all fuses are good. I have no clue what going on with it I'm stumped
Hi djfette, I was wondering if you ever solved the issue? I’m having the same problem and can’t find where the power connection/surge isn’t happening. I was able to finally turn the car on based on your comment to jump it with the key in the ignition. Car wouldn’t jump without the key in the ignition. Already replaced the original starter, put in a new battery etc. but I’m not going to change the ignition switch if that’s not the solution either.
Make sure ignition is off, Find radio fuse on inside fuse panel . Should be 37. Pull fuse if still good just put back in if it isnt, then replace. Then start car. This worked for multiple rendezvous that I know people couldnt get started. Got me a couple for real real cheap, for just simple fix. If that doesnt work pull all the 36-44 fuse and replace then try. Lmk what happens
